The clothes we wear are more than just fabric, they are an extension of our skin.

If they say the people close to us can impact our energy, then so do our clothes. Everything is energy, and the garments we wear—touching our skin all day—carry a frequency of their own, impacting ours.

For too long, fashion has been dictated by trends, overproduction, and profit-driven motives. The result? A system that exploits people, pollutes our planet, and distances us from the essence of what we wear and our own true self. We are humans and not no consumers, and I'm not a brand talking to customer but a being trying to commune with another. I am here to tell you that you are enough, not small nor great, but beyond these polarities.

Like the hymning bird, from the ancient Indigenous story, tries to save the forest on fire by pouring water with its small beak knowing the truth the hymning bird still choose to do its part , I know this initiative won't save our earth but I must also contribute my part. I don't care how much money I make in the process, but what I do care is what I contribute to the spirit of this world.

We believe in offering purposeful clothing made from earth’s purest fibers, crafted by artisans, some with generations of skill, and give back what we earn for greater good- to serve nature and connect humanity to their true nature.

And inspire people to live creatively in harmony with nature

This is about more than just sustainable fashion. It’s about redefining our relationship with clothing, value human dignity, and rejecting the notion that fashion must be tied to trends and profit and overconsumption.

My journey began with a deep realization that changed my perception - that life is beyond earning a living, that there's something beyond forms and senses, that which cannot be described but lived

I’m Rohini, a microbiologist by education, an artist at heart, and now, the steward of this movement. In 2023 I got interested in fabrics, when I first heard that fabric hold frequency and after I learned the impact of textile and fashion industry on humans and the earth, I got passionate about creating textile products from 100% natural fabrics and plant dyes, but something always felt off and I couldn't figure out what.

I found myself caught in the same cycle of pricing, profit margins, and sales strategies—and it didn’t sit right with me because I wasn't truly aligned to my inner purpose.

Then one day, it hit me:

I don’t want to sell. I want to serve.

That’s when The Formless Living took shape—a place where fashion is not a business, but a service; where clothing is made with care, honesty.

This project is a vision I carry for us and for the planet. But I cannot do this alone. I welcome you to join me on this path.
